Recollections of a Niece: Rose May (Armstrong) Wilson, Dawson Creek BC
When Aunt Margaret married Frank Boyce, Grandpa didn't approve of the marriage. Aunt Margaret and Frank had a large family and were quite poor. Aunt Rose used to buy children's clothing for her from the Thrift Store in London. When we went home for visits to the folks on the Goshen, Margaret came to the farm only when she was especially asked.
General Notes for Child Viola Margaret BOYCE
Viola would have liked very much to become a nurse, however a busy life and the love of raising four children kept her from that. She enjoyed being a wife and mother very much. Viola worked hard with her husband in the business; Harry's Service Centre, Gas Bar & Restaurant where she was in charge of business and Prepared delicious lunch specials. She did love to dance.

We used to see Aunt Marjorie when we came to visit the "home" farm and when we left because Uncle John always met us at Goderich with the "Biscayne" and we always took the train back from there. We didn't know Aunt Marjorie's children well or her husband Victor. He worked at the salt plant at Goderich.
